Every definition of torture on dictionary.com mentions extreme pain. I don’t see pain in that video. But, whatever. If Keith O calls it torture, I guess it is.

I still think we're asking the wrong question here.

Suppose I am willing to concede that waterboarding is a form of torture. I would still condone it, under extreme circumstances, to get multiple-life-saving information from someone whom we have good reason to believe might have it.

The question to me still is not, “Is waterboarding torture?” but rather, “Under what circumstances, if any, should we allow waterboarding to be used?”

Question: would the left allow waterboarding to evoke critical information from a domestic terrorist who had asserting that he planted 10 bombs at various Planned Parenthood clinics and Abortion-providing hospitals? I bet that as the clock ticked down, they'd turn a blind eye as the water poured.......
