I have a scoop, yes. The next season of 24, which narrates the adventures of the intrepid agent against terrorist Jack Bauer, aka Kiefer Sutherland, will be held at UN Headquarters. New York.
Jack Bauer, dragged to court during the previous season for his brutal methods and unorthodox, has experienced a deep personal turmoil, and intends to devote to the maintenance of international peace in his new home of the United Nations.
This turmoil confirms victory of virtue, the new consciousness of the American superpower in the Obama era, especially the triumph of the Department of Public Awareness of the UN, which strives to enhance the image of the Organization international popular culture, and the scenarios of the television or Hollywood. Eric Falt**, the dynamic director of the department, was shocked to see in an episode of 24, an employee of the United Nations described as a despicable coward.
He politely complained to the director of the series at a dinner. The latter, taken aback, he apologized before Falt ask: "how can we buy for you?" This will be done.
The next series will be shot entirely in studio sets replicating in the bowels of the vast building. Places, "which are real" are worthy of the best fiction scenarios.

Garofalo is gone for Season 8. She’s not going to NY with Bauer, Chloe and Walker.

Protecting the UN is not the same thing as working for the UN. Seems realistic. US agents have to bail out the UN quite often.
Jack even dressed down a UN official in 24:Redemption.
I’ll be there for Season 8. Seven was one of the best since Season 1.

exactly. I met Joel Surnow 2 years ago in Hollywood during the Liberty Film Fest, and he was very classy and friendly to everyone. I still find it perplexing that even though he grew up in L.A., he should;ve been raised as a Dem but ended up conservative.
Wasn't it about midseason when they started running those Save the Planet ads starring the members of the show? That was the final nail in the 24 coffin for me (along with the simply incredible storyline.)
As an early fan of the series who felt that it had unfortunately jumped the shark, I finally watched the most recent episodes on DVD. Remarkably, I thought it was the best it’s ever been.
Pray for America
LOL!
Season 7 was a lot better than Season 6 but definitely not as good as during it’s early years. The wimpy President Wayne Palmer was a blot on season 6 and well as Jack’s family. This past season was very good though.

Maybe I should post it as a caption thread?
