After googling up Elim scandal, I think that your post is far too kind. They fit the definition of cult, with those in charge feeding their every whim and perversion with the donations of those caught in their magical web.

It is few who realize that the mercy of Jesus is not justice.

Yet, there are those who will call Lord, Lord and He will not recognize them and He will have them cast into the outer darkness. We must do our part as well. The parable of the talents is very instructive. The Lord gives us his mercy and our talents; now what do we do with them?
The mission of the Church is to ensure that we understand what to do with them, and that is why satan works to destroy the Church.

Calling on The Lord earnestly for Salvation in dire straits out of a desperate heart for God and all that God is—
is different
than claiming to submit to Him as Lord, Lord when the whole life has never shown a hint of that and the cry then is mostly utilitarian.

What I DO want is justice to be served on this earth.
If it’s a capital offense, the individual still has time to repent and determine where they will spend eternity. It’s still their choice.
Unless the Vatican has cleaned up the Bishops in Nicaragua etc., it’s not inaccurate in some regions.

Justice on this earth . . . is a different matter.
Seems to be a high value of God’s . . . but one He seems to routinely delay quite a lot.
I think increasingly in the END TIMES, the delay will be shorter and shorter.
I don’t like it when you make things up out of whole cloth, but I should expect it from you by now.
No one knows, but when the anti-Christ comes, most Christian leaders will lead their flocks off the cliff into a united, man made institution that is empty, dark and unholy. Catholics are not going to be immune to that trickery. No church and no Christians will be automatically immune. And this is where church “followers”, rather than those independently centered in Christ, will be up the creek.
Although Quix sees that one world religious institution as being the “Catholic Church”, I am sure that is not possible. It may call itself “the Catholic church” but it will not be that because it will be devoid of Christ.
I think, more likely, it will have a name and terms that are related to nothing of Jesus or the Saints. It will be empty inane Oprah and Obama words like social justice and “hope and change.” It will probably collect truths from many faiths and twist the meaning of that to it's own evil purposes just as we see today in the expression of many religious leaders and followers today.
In communist nations the government appoints atheist archbishops that are loyal followers of the evil ideology and State. But the Pope refuses to recognize these appointments and appoints his own refusnik archbishops.
It could happen that the anti-Christ manipulates to appoint a “Pope” in the same way Communist leaders do with archbishops, to lead Catholics into this new “religion.” That will not be a real Catholic Pope even if the elite call him a Catholic Pope. It will not be the real Catholic Church and it will not have real Catholic followers. It will be something completely different.
There can be no real Christian nor Catholic Church without the truth of Christ.
