Michelle Obama returned to the scene of her first date with President Barack Obama as she reopened a wing of the Metropolitan Museum of Art....
Cutting the ribbon...
...To the amusement of a crowd... Mrs Obama was reminded by museum president...that she and the president had their first date in a museum.
'Thank you for reminding me,' Mrs. Obama said.
'You know, after 20-some-odd years of knowing a guy, you forget that your first date was at a museum. But it was, and it was obviously wonderful; it worked.'
She added: 'The president and I want to ensure that all children have access to great works of art.'

it’s possible, the brit papers have been much more honest about her than anything you see from the US.
The b00b belt certainly makes a statement, But is it ART?....
How can she forget her first date with a half white guy. What, no Wagyu and lobster tails at the museum cafe? My wife and I remember our first date and the details and celebrate its anniversary each year for more than 20 years now. But I guess we're not celebutantes, with massively important schedules.
I have applied to the NEA for a grant to make a sculpture of Obama on a crucifix made of dollars in a bottle of pee.. Send me the money Barry!

What woman forgets where the “first date” was ????
she reminded the audience...her husband...had included...$50 million for the National Endowment for the Arts in his economic stimulus package
HIS stimulus package with OUR money!
She and her husband have no idea what our children need. They are spending like drunken sailors only to saddle these same children with overwhelming debt. How about giving us OUR money back to determine how best to spend it for OUR children (like for clothes and food). In the "greatest economic downturn since the great depression" surely we can find a better way to spend money than to fly this woman back and forth to NY for photo ops in front of museums and Hollywood elites!
These two are the most self centered people on the face of the planet!
Is it just me or does Michelle look like a biker chick?
I would have thought their first date would have been drinking a 40 on the stoop while trying to score a dime bag.
A biker chick who OD’d on bling. :)
So Sexy (barf!)
Just checking to see if anyone posted about the “damn belt”.
Emily K. Rafferty: Move over to the right.
MO: I will only go left.
It was nice of the folks to put the platform for the kids to stand on so the First Lady wouldn't appear so huge. Now if they could just find her a dress that wasn't two sizes too small. ;-)
I'm sure
At least the outfit wasn't small ;-)
so wrong of me....so wrong....but...when I read your comment, I was reminded of a song from my childhood. Do your ears hang low... later on in life, I heard that song sung with something other than “ears”.
