Animal welfare officers who visited the 62-year-old's flat last December said they found dog faeces in every room.If this is indeed true, wouldn't this be more of a reason to convict someone of animal neglect than overfeeding?

I’ll bet they’ll say it’s the owners fault just like Pit Bull attacks ... Stupid fat dog, probably on food stamps too

"..it had been given too many treats..."
I just checked with my Lab and she says that it's impossible to be given too many treats. There has to be another answer.

Parents of fat kids beware, you're next.
To: pnh102
The sheer volume of feces and overfeeding appear to be related issues.

Not that I am advocating for dog neglect, but seems that anymore, the only privacy in this country is the “privacy right” afforded to pro-abortionist arguers :(

So if a husband is hefty, can the wife be prosecuted?

I just checked with my Lab and she says that it's impossible to be given too many treats. There has to be another answer. LOL :) Those labs will eat until they pop. I've got a little rat terrier that's not much different though.
To: Paladin2
I just ask my lab and she also said there is no such thing as too many treats....all those people are mistaken...We got it directly from the dogs mouth...More treats........
To: beaversmom
Yes, Bubba will even it lettuce. He prefers it with salad dressing, but will eat it anyhow.

My lab/blue healer bitch weighs 105 pounds and the vet says she's fine. She gets plenty of exercise. Can't keep up with my 80 pound ridgeback, but then few dogs can. They are both treat hounds and have been known to visit neighbors and wag their tails until they get treats. It sounds like the poor dog in this story wasn't getting any exercise since it was obviously house bound without a pot to s**t in. Some people just don't deserve a dog.

Montana has an overabundance of ‘rats too. Of course, one can live a little farther away from them there though.

I just checked with my Lab and she says that it's impossible to be given too many treats. There has to be another answer. Well, now that we have the Lab test in, I just brought in my cat to scan the article and his report agrees with your lab tests.
So, we have lab tests and cat scans that negate their idiotic legal conclusion.

Montana has a lot to recommend it. However, it is not the backward, remote wilderness that many believe it to be.

So if a husband is hefty, can the wife be prosecuted? Probably not, since men are pigs anyway.
But if the wife is hefty, you bet! Jail the bastard hubby!
...it never ends with Libs.

Although you are right about the fat lazy kid’s parents being next, this guy deserves to be arrested due to all the “crap” that was in every room of the house. At the very least a psych evaluation is necessary.
