Pie is the best thing of all and I can make them better than any I have ever eaten elsewhere!

Think I might just do it now!

I always wondered about the Sahara Dessert, myself. It’d be big and tasty.

My grandmother and her sisters used to have “pie presses” where multiple pies were stored...

Don’t forget Shepherd’s Pie...

I make pies. Apple and berry mostly. Blackberry pie, with sugar sprinkled onto the top and baked in - a side of vanilla ice cream.

I make pumpkin too. It’s a pity you only see pumpkin in the fall. A nice pumpkin pie at the end of spring is always welcome.

If we all ate pie, and kept eating it, I think we could abolish war of all kinds. I don’t know of many people who’d rather fight than eat pie.

As for getting fatter as a result, one problem at a time, as the new administration would have it. Pie as a substitute to war, then worry about the battle of the bulge.

Bad pie is possible, but bad pie is not forever. The invisible hand of the market winnows out the bad bakers, and you are left with only the most desirable pies.

Funny you should say that. I was just going to say my mother made the best rhubarb custard pies. We had tons of rhubarb growing around the buildings so we had an unending supply. She’d pour the sweet custard over the cut up rhubarb and bake it all golden and so sweet and tingy. No top crust. I’d go around with a slice in my hand.
