I am beginning to believe that the fly-over of NY City yesterday was probably to impress a few special people on board. Could it have been Michelle taking herself and friends on a midday jaunt? I bet if the passenger list is made public this story will get very interesting. Sorry for the vanity.

Nah, you don’t do “military” over one of the most densely populated (and justifiably paranoid) areas in the world with what is basically a civilian aircraft.

But, I think you touch on what I thought might be of military concern; i.e. if there’s another 9/11 attempt, how does the military counteract projectile commercial planes in a densely populated region? The gov’t is on record that it will shoot down a civilian plane commandered (sp) by terrorists. How would one do it over NYC?

As for my primary point, you have my view- I have yours; ultimately, the truth will come out. -:)

This wasn't a "classified mission". So we should demand to see the manifest of that flight. Who was on that joy ride?

IF that isn't satisfactory, then we need to haul the flight attendants and crew before a Senate hearing to get to the truth of this.

The people we need to request this info are our elected reps in the House and Senate. That is the problem we face, all we have left in Washington are RINO’s without spines.
