"The Bigots' Last Hurrah" (Frank Rich calls conservatives "bigots")

As marital equality haltingly but inexorably spreads state by state for gay Americans in the years to come, Utah will hardly be in the lead to follow Massachusetts, Connecticut, Iowa and Vermont. But the fact that it too is taking its first steps down that road is extraordinary. It is justice, not a storm, that is gathering. Only those who have spread the poisons of bigotry and fear have any reason to be afraid.

KEYWORDS: homosexualmarriage
Frank Rich basically says that homosexual "marriage" is moral just because the polls are (supposedly) shifting toward it. He does not care if the word marriage means nothing any more (will you marry me, Fido?). He does not care about the near-40 percent out of wedlock birth rate. He does not care if intrusive homosexual laws wreck religious freedoms regarding worship, employment, education and business. This evil man wants conservative Christians destroyed like the persecuted men and women in the catacombs in the Roman Empire.

Keep talking, Frankie. I’m sure that King George III had all sorts of nastty things to say about God-fearing American folk, too.

I remember this guy writing a column in 2006 asking us to thank for the Democrats and Harry Reid for their dead-on accuracy with respect to the Iraq war...

As marital equality haltingly but inexorably spreads state by state for gay Americans in the years to comeThey can call it anything else they want.....
.....but it is NOT MARRIAGE, even if they get the courts and people to agree.
By the definition intended by anyone who wrote laws in the past, marriage is between a man and woman, period, end of story.

Ask Rich to define culture and he would likely a picture of New York City. I can’t imagine any other newspaper (with the possible exception of the San Francisco Chronicle) that would hire the inane scribbler as a columnist.

Must not have any reasons to point to their support of obozo so they have to pull the race card. Pretty early actually. Some of us are racists, just not as racist as Frank Rich.
