What happened to the OLD Freep?

So why am I not allowed to post like I use to without it being screened first? I have tried to post 2 other threads and they don't show up at ALL. Can someone steer me where I am wrong here in getting my posts posted?? What am I doing wrong???? Or is it that you can not post here without it being screened firs? I hope the latter is wrong.
