It’s about time someone startted hitting back. Since he’s started office he has ignored the law of the land on several occassions. He thinks that he can do as he damn well pleases as he has a majority in both houses; but he’s wrong.
We still have the courts - at least the ones that weren’t corrupted by Klinton.
We still have God fearing Americans who believe in the Constitution.
And we still have our arms.
Before this is over O’Bummer and his henchmen will be tarred, feathered, and run out of town on a rail. The demonrat party will be disgraced for decades;perhaps even outlawed.
Arise Americans - The Tree of Liberty calls!
Yee Haw! I bet even there Sons of the Confederacy will rise to support the True Sons of the Union.

The reason the DHS, BATFE and other assorted LEOs and agencies are worried is because they know what happened in the “Battle of Athens (TN) in 1946. Kicking in the door on crack dealers and the wrong house is pretty easy, but doing so against those who have stood their ground and persevered in actual combat has them pretty scared. That is a typical bully response.

HMMM maybe those of us who are two out of three of those should wrties letters to the law center about how this makes us feel?
To: chris_bdba
Yep!
LOL, I am sure the legal minds that put this lawsuit together have the right idea.
I just think it would be fun to challenge them, with “contempt of court” hanging over their heads, to publicly state that they will obey the law!
Hell, they made ME do that, in Court, and I was never ever even accused of breaking an actual law, Federal or State! I just happened to be prolife and in the wrong place at the wrong time!

Murtha is not done with yet ~ that's just one court with one opinion.
Napolitano, though, is in the Executive Branch.
We have to get her out of there before she starts murdering Americans.

The first thing we do, lets kill all the lawyers. ...
The reason the king wanted to kill all the lawyers was because the lawyers stood for law and against the tyranny of the crown. The king who said "kill all the lawyers" was the bad guy of the story.

You know, I hope his wife feeds him lots of eggs and butter and he dies early, like many black men do, of heart disease. Well, thats how I feel. He is an absolutely reprehensible person. *

I don't know what all the big stink is about?
Really, isn't it just a bit of a rightwing overreaction to think that a domestic national security agency or apparatus of the US Federal Government, under a Liberal Democrat Administration, would necessarily go overboard and/or deny people liberty on our own soil? C'mon gimme a break!

This should be a class action lawsuit on behalf of oh, say 150 Million Americans. Probably more, but I figure the brain dead half that voted in these fools, are probably okay with the assessment, so we’ll leave them out.

Good, I hope she gets convicted for treason. Where are the leftists crying about wiretapping terrorists when it turns out their side is targeting thse who have law-abiding conservative principles? All I have to say is FUJN, prowd to be a terrorist if that is the definition!

The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan on behalf of nationally syndicated conservative radio talk show host Michael Savage, Gregg Cunningham (President of the pro-life organization Center for Bio-Ethical Reform, Inc (CBR)), and Iraqi War Marine veteran Kevin Murray. The Law Center claims that Napolitanos Department (DHS) has violated the First and Fifth Amendment Constitutional rights of these three plaintiffs by attempting to chill their free speech, expressive association, and equal protection rights. The lawsuit further claims that the Department of Homeland Security encourages law enforcement officers throughout the nation to target and report citizens to federal officials as suspicious rightwing extremists and potential terrorists because of their political beliefs. Richard Thompson, President and Chief Counsel of the Thomas More Law Center stated, The Obama Administration has declared war on American patriots and our Constitution. The Report even admits that the Department has no specific information on any plans of violence by so-called rightwing extremists. Rather, what they do have is the expression of political opinions by certain individuals and organizations that oppose the Obama administrations policies, and this expression is protected speech under the First Amendment.
Thompson added, Janet Napolitano is lying to the American people when she says the Report is not based on ideology or political beliefs. In fact, her report would have the admiration of any current or past dictator in the way it targets political opponents.
