Isnt it just a pain in the neck when theres an alternative media that prevents strict message control by a staged-photo-op of an administration and its willing mouthpieces in the MSM?
President Obama stands awkwardly in front of hand-selected US troopsIts painless for us, of course; rather, that pain is being felt in the necks of those who want to insist that a bow to a Saudi king isnt a bow, that an omnibus spending bill with 9,000 earmarks is the beginning of earmark and fiscal reform, that indecisively waiting four days while an American ships Captain is held hostage on a rubber raft by four Somali pirates (before being bailed out by swift action by the hostage and a SEAL team) is bold, new leadership and that a staged event with Obama voters only and a bunch of cameras handed out as props is a real sign of soldiers devotion to the new, inexperienced, non-military-friendly Commander in Chief of the United States Armed Forces....

I just left Iraq in March. I was at FOB Falcon and the PX there had about three different digital cameras. I visited the HUGE base that Obozo went to and their PX was massive compared to ours. The had a much larger selection of cameras so I find it highly unlikely that so many bought the same camera. Beisdes being over there we all recieved extra pay so we could afford to buy a higher quality camera.
That is jaw-dropping.
He is, as one FR poster described him, Child-in-Chief.
Watch when ever Obama is with troops en mass, such as this event as well as Camp Lejuene.
There will be no color guard that marches in before he gets there. They will not be standing around with the Stars And stripes and the Service flags, and there will be no soldiers there with weapons of any sort.
Sir, and I use that loosely, when Hillary was still Senator and touring Iraq during Thanksgiving not too long ago, they combed long and hard for Hillary! supporters to sit with her for staged photos.
This happens all the time.
thanks Ernest!

And you may recall then-President Bush’s visits to Iraq.
The democrats grumbled and moaned about “staging”, because they hated the idea the President might be popular.
If (ancient) memory serves, there was a similar “production” made of then-presidential candidate Dwight D. Eisenhower’s visit to Korea, with much discussion and hyping of his promise to bring American troops home by Christmas.
I have spoken with three people who were there. It was staged.
Me thinks mrqueenjeans may be a little deceptive. Or just a computer caveperson

I noticed that and wondered, why?
Ohmygosh, I wonder if he's ACTUALLY AFRAID OF GUNS?
They might, as per leftist dogma, on their own volition, FIRE BULLETS that could hurt him, all by themselves.
Bought all my 35 mm eq at the USAF BX in the 70’s. Most of it is seldom used now. Digital rules.
Do you think Michelle is hot? Where does she buy all those crappy dresses? Shirley Q Liqour has a follower.
A guy who tells the military they’re going to have their budget cut isn’t going to be popular.
Clinton wasn’t very popular among servicemembers for that very reason.
I wonder what mrqueenjeans old name was before he lost his internet number. Do you think it may be Plugs Bidden?
Michelle Malkin ? She’s a bit young for me (sad to say !)
I wouldn’t call her “hot”, but she is reasonably attractive.
Malkin doesn’t dress like a troll.
Just wait until he discovers that Marine NCO’s still carry swords during Parades.
