That’s Il Divo — they are huge in the Spanish-speaking world.
But I think it is Italian they are using for this song.

I remember my Dad sometimes singing along with this song on the radio in the car to Mom when I was an elementary schooler in the late 50’s.....a few years later it was always one of the (slow-dancing) last songs played at school dances....then came Hatfield...and the rest.....to this day this now-old-geezer nearly always gets goose-bumps too.
