Methinks he is trying to copy Joaquin Phoenix's bizzare interview with Letterman.
I listened to that on The Ticket this morning. Is anybody really surprised? The guy is a freak. But on The Ticket they were discussing their interview with him just a few weeks ago and Mr. Thornton wasn’t quite that bad. So perhaps it was doing two months of the same type of interview.
BBT was great in ‘Intolerable Cruelty’. He can be funny when he wants to.
He’s a freak but he’s not leftist Hollyweird freako like Sean Penn is. He’s the guy you’ll see hanging out at the corner tavern.
I just saw part of it - what a strange man. One thing I do like about BBT is I saw a picture of his porch in some magazine and hung by the door is a replica of a fun and it says, “We don’t call 911.” (or something like that.) I loved it.
He is always strange. Angelina was smart to dump him.

What an unpleasant yawnfest.
She did some pretty strange things, too. Remember, they used to wear each other’s blood in necklaces. His mind does seem to be in-the-clouds in that video, though.
He’s stoned. Mystery solved.
He’s not at all stoned. He’s being belligerent. He’s mad about the introduction and refuses to cooperate with the interviewer.
