I used to eat peanut butter, mayo, and bannana sandwiches. As a hungry farm boy growing up, The best breakfast was - Pancakes, smothered in peanut butter, sliced bananas, hot maple syrup with a hot chocolate sauce.
After being up for 4 hours and milking 75 cows, I had earned that decadent meal.

Speaking of movie theaters, popcorn and Buncha Crunch together is great. Another combination that is good is peanut butter and cottage cheese together.

We have eaten celery and carrots and broccoli and cauliflower, with peanut butter.
Our youngest son learned to eat those things in pre-school. He loved it.
I’ll have to try your pie. I have used sour cream instead of the yogurt in mine.
We love peanut butter and chocolate anything!!! :-)
Thanks!

Also peanuts into a coke American teenage staple in the '50s. I think Barbara Mandrel sang about it.

Make the yogurt protion one day, set it in the fridge and put the Cool-Whip/Peanut Butter topping on the second day then serve. The tang of the yogurt is completely erased by the chocolate flavor of the instant pudding.

I like popcorn -
At the movie theater, they will ask "Would you like melted butter on your popcorn, Sir?"
I usually reply, "I sure would, but the greasy yellow stuff you've got there will do just fine!"

Any mayo? The Mayo went with the Mayo and Syrup sandwiches I would fix when I was five.
Mom finally caught me at it. She couldn't understand how all the syrup was getting onto the floor.

My favorite movie theater treat is Reeses Pieces with popcorn! At home you could try dribbling slightly melted PB over popcorn. It's fabulous, but tricky to do.

Milkshake made with sherbert instead of regular ice cream.
Peanut butter and jellyfish sandwich.

"Banana, peanut butter & mayonnaise sandwich"I also grew up on these, and milk toast, and my mother used to put cream and sugar on grits.
My favorite treat is potato chips and chocolate. Also, rice noodles on ice cream is great!
My mother said they used to serve saltine crackers with milk shakes when she was a kid. The salt sets off the sugar, and makes it taste sweeter. As a baker, I know you need to add salt to many things, including icing and cocoa and cakes!
