this was more of a “I hate what the liberal politicans (including Bush) have done in letting in illegals to do the jobs that Americans wont do” statement, more of a civil disobedience thing if you ask me. (and I do not blame this man who wants to work for being mad as heck about this).
This is frustrating as can be. this man knows darn well, that if he had taken down the trucks palte number, and discription, and reported illegals present, and the many payroll tax, workers comp laws being broken, the police would have done NOTHING.
This man had his chance to work stolen by illegals, the real law breakers here. Who is doing real harm to this nation? Both the group of bigoted illegals, and the illegal employer that picked them up. If this happened in a sanctuary city or some other place where they let illegals slide, then the authorities are also crooked, and should be implicated in the loss of this mans chance to work.
Hate crime laws are thought crimes, this mans crime is that he is bucking the liberal trends to allow illegals to displace American workers, his punishment is the branding of a hater, fines, and jail time.
His only mistake was his civil disobedance of a false report, he should have gotten them illegals arrested some how, but this is not how it works anymore. the laws only apply to citezens, illegals have become supper citizens now, immune to our laws, and if you think otherwise, the law will get you for your thoughts, not your deeds, but your thought.
this is sick. I hope a good lawyer can work for this guy for free (pro bono i think is the term) he needs all charges dropped really, he was the robbed of work, he just didn’t think about the severity of his protest call. But protest he should. We all must protest and demand a wall built and illegals sent packing. We all must protest aginst “hate crime” laws, that are nothing more than selective thought crimes, brought to you by liberals everywhere. sick sick sick!!!

Negro in Spanish means the color black. Moreno or negrito is used to indicate individuals of African descent, and neither term is necessarily pejorative. They are often used affectionately. To refer to a woman as a “morena” is a compliment.
