The American citizen needs to report the contractor to the IRS. I am not sure of the tax requirements on day labor but I would like to burn the contractor for passing over an American for illegal labor.

My sympathy for the black guy. His people have been here for hundreds of years. Some as slaves and some have fought for America. He should get preference over some illegal foreigners who swam across the Rio Grande
