New Zealand, A rare wild baby tuatara (pictured) was found near the capital Wellington, where the last observed hatching in the wild occurred about 200 years ago.
Since 2005, tuataras—considered "living fossils" because of their dinosaur-age lineage—have been reintroduced into a sanctuary where the new baby was found.
