Here's a tip on shunning:

When your clique at school or on the Internet says don't talk to someone, that means e-mail, posts, and text. Especially if the message can be read in public.

Don't tell the person being shunned what you talked about within your group after the thread.

Don't post adolescent remarks referring to the person on public threads. That will probably get a response in-kind and the shunning is basically self-defeated and has to start over.

Now here's a clue. Don't respond while the show is on. Wait until it's over, so we can concentrate on the singing.
