Kellie Pickler Returning to American Idol
Kellie Pickler returns to American Idol on Wednesday (April 8) to perform her latest single, "Best Days of Your Life." Pickler and Taylor Swift co-wrote the song, which is the second single from Pickler's most recent album. Pickler was a finalist during the 2006 season of the TV show. "Going back to American Idol is like going to a family reunion. Well, it's more fun than going to my family reunions," she laughed. I watched the Country Music Awards last night. I am not impressed with Miley Cyrus. Pickler looks HOT! And of course, our girl Carrie stole the show.

Re Country music, though, I simply don't get why they have two awards shows a year and don't understand the differences beween them. Also, Carrie hasn't released a new album since October 2007, and it won Album of the Year in 2008. So I don't understand the basis on which she got the Entertainer of the Year award now. What are they going to give her in the fall Country music award show?
Very confusing, and just goes to show my ignorance of the whole Country music scene.
