Monkeys are very emotional." Kramer: So, so what do you want me to do? Mr. Pless: Well, frankly we'd like you to apologize. Kramer: Yeah, well he started it. Mr. Pless: Mr. Kramer, he is an innocent primate. Kramer: So am I.

Give me a break! I have enough emotional people in my life to deal with I don’t have time to deal with monkeys!

"Described as an angel, Reggie gave his handler the slip after overhearing him row with an animal rights protester outside his cage... If there were animal rights folks in the area, I'm guessing Reggie was *liberated.* The argument was probably just a means of distracting the owner.

My neighbor tells the story of years ago when she looked out in her backyard and saw a monkey with a parrot on its shoulder! A few good blinks, shake the head - look at her drink - they are still there! She said it was the craziest thing she had ever seen!
She called the police and they said that they had escaped from a traveling circus! They came out to try to catch them, but failed at first. She saw them again several days later - the parrot and monkey still together! Don’t recall what the end result was.
