An 85-year-old Kingman man is stuck in a Catch-22.
Roy Edward Huffman, 85, was arrested in January after he stabbed a woman who was living with him in the stomach with a knife. He was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon per domestic violence. He pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of aggravated assault....During the sentencing hearing, Huffman repeatedly told the court that his cat would prove that he had not stabbed Judith Morton, the victim.
"I wasn't raised to hurt women," he said. "The cat can show it wasn't me."

Cats are character witnesses? Slip 'em some 'nip and they'll testify to anything.

Made me want to hug my fussy girl-cat (who just wanted to curl up on her fuzzy mat).
Seriously, that poor cat must have been terribly abused. I’ve never seen anything like that before.

That’s apparently a vet’s office; maybe the cat was coming out of anasthesia. My ultra-mellow tomcat turned into a howling demon when the anesthetic from his neutering was wearing off - he was obviously seeing things that only he could see.

Yeah, I’ve seen that before. Someone did a serious number on that poor cat. It breaks my heart people are such imbeciles.

All cats should be exiled to another solar system.
Right after all the cat worshiping zombies get sent there.
Few things in the world have no value. When’s the last time you walked in to a supermarket and saw somebody outside giving away free golf balls?

I would love to see this trial. As the cat gives information damming to the prosecution a dog in a suit walks in and states “everyone knows cats are born liars and I can prove it!” Later the cat is sent up the river for perjury.

I wonder if a cat has ever testified against the pet owner.
Did he sing like a canary?
