Dark passages Does the harsh language in the Koran explain Islamic violence?

WE HAVE A good idea what was passing through the minds of the Sept. 11 hijackers as they made their way to the airports. Their Al Qaeda handlers had instructed them to meditate on al-Tawba and Anfal, two lengthy suras from the Koran, the holy scripture of Islam. The passages make for harrowing reading. God promises to "cast terror into the hearts of those who are bent on denying the truth; strike, then, their necks!" (Koran 8.12). God instructs his Muslim followers to kill unbelievers, to capture them, to ambush them (Koran 9.5). Everything contributes to advancing the holy goal: "Strike terror into God's enemies, and your enemies" (Koran 8.60). Perhaps in their final moments, the hijackers took refuge in these words, in which God lauds acts of terror and massacre. On a much lesser scale, others have used the words of the Koran to sanction violence. Even in cases of domestic violence and honor killing, perpetrators can find passages that seem to justify brutal acts (Koran 4.34). Citing examples such as these, some Westerners argue that the Muslim scriptures themselves inspire terrorism, and drive violent jihad. Evangelist Franklin Graham has described his horror on finding so many Koranic passages that command the killing of infidels: the Koran, he thinks, "preaches violence." Prominent conservatives Paul Weyrich and William Lind argued that "Islam is, quite simply, a religion of war," and urged that Muslims be encouraged to leave US soil. Today, Dutch politician Geert Wilders faces trial for his film "Fitna," in which he demands that the Koran be suppressed as the modern-day equivalent to Hitler's "Mein Kampf."

The veracity of these connections is so self-evident that only a degenerate western European or American Liberal could believe otherwise.

To paraphrase Mao, Islamic Terrorists swim in a sea of Islamists. A large percentage of Muslims living in the west are Islamist. The more you allow in the west, the more terror there will be. But terror is not needed. In 100 years many more European countries will be Muslim if current trends hold in France, Russia, Spain, Macedonia. Others will need another 100 years beyond that.

Just an idea here. Since from what I am reading for the past few years, it seems to me that most muslims that invade a European country then cry out poverty, give me money and a house and feed my 12 thousand roaches I have proudly bred, “Look be happy no females”.

I say cut off ALL public funds to these leeches and WHEN not if they riot, drop them where then stand.

The US is under attack from the mexicans and Europe is under attack from the muslims, both I consider worthless unless they legally move to the country AND acclimate to the new country. I am damn tired of hearing that I must respect the culture of mexico and their culture. From the majority of WETBACKS here in the USA, all they want to do is suckle off the Government teet and N0bammie is helping out as best he can.

[I think that, instead of a sickle moon for a symbol, the Islamics would be more accurate to cap their mosques with a ‘sacred dildo’.]

“I thought that’s what those domes were supposed to be.”

Are you as nuts as I am?
