Bringing up his nationality makes FR look racist or whatever.

So our government is racist for requiring additional background investigation during security clearances of those born in a foreign country, married to someone from a foreign country, etc? You think we should do away with those requirements completely, and we're racist for flagging them as different than naturally born citizens?

nothing to do with our government... *YOU* look like a racist for screaming ‘how dare he appoint a foreigner’ before his background check has even been done! and the fact you do it here puts a small stink on this whole community.

I never said they should not do a full security check on this person, or any person getting this high into a position of authority. All I said is that he should be able to get the position, if qualified. In the future let's please not add things to my postings that I didn't say or imply.
