Did anyone hear the asinine question Maddow asked of Duke Energy CEO Jim Rogers? After asking him if Duke was profitable (what, she doesn't have a producer or researcher to prepare her for an interview?) he replied that yes, they were. Now comes the asinine question. "Why can't you operate at a loss to make up for all the pollution your company has caused?"
