OK, I keep hearing people talk about how things are Unconstitutional. Most notably, many of the items in the recent Stimulus Package.
Is anyone going to try to get all of these so called Uncostitutional things overturned by the SCOTUS before a whole bunch of liberal judges are appointed?
Where are the conservative Non profit groups?

I’m glad you brought this up! I think it would be so helpful to challenge these things in the courts. What do we stand for if we are not willing to let the judges give their opinions?

No, I’m being serious. There’s such a bombardment coming from these jokers over the last few weeks that it’s hard to keep it all straight.
I’m also seeing a lot of ideas coming from the Dims that are being taken as if they were already passed. We’re all in full panic mode right now (rightly so).
I was wondering if anyone made a specific list of unconstitutional laws which have been passed and cited the constitutional provision which is violated.
I guess that’s good enough. We could simply add new violations to the list as they are passed.
Just throwing that out there.

Pressure states to assert the 10th Amendment and change the system such that we pay our federal taxes into the state treasuries to make it more difficult for the feds to convince the states to be bullied.

It seems to me that liberal groups like the ACLU and such seem to get everything into the courts nowadays.
We dont stand a chance on many issues if liberal justices are nominated to the bench.
Right now, I think that the Conservative groups en masse should be taking things to the SCOTUS. Id we are so sure that many parts of the Stimulus bill is Unconstitutional, then it should be filed with the SCOTUS by now.
Where is everybody!!!! Where are all the Conservative lawyers, were are all the Conservative power folks?
