MARCH 3--Angered that her local McDonald's was out of Chicken McNuggets, a Florida woman called 911 three times to report the fast food "emergency." Latreasa Goodman, 27, last Saturday called police to complain that a cashier--citing a McDonald's all sales are final policy--would not give her a refund. [To listen to Goodman's 911 calls, click here, here, and here.] When cops responded to the restaurant, Goodman told them, "This is an emergency. If I would have known they didn't have McNuggets, I wouldn't have given my money, and now she wants to give me a McDouble, but I don't want one." Goodman noted, "I called 911 because I couldn't get a refund, and I wanted my McNuggets," according to the below Fort Pierce Police Department report.

I guess this lady qualifies as a Nugnut :P
What a McDummy.
Maybe she had a dog who was pissed cause it did not get the promised McNuggets.
I think she’s got McNuggets for brains.
What kind of idiotic policy is that? If you take the person’s money, but then YOU don’t deliver the requested merchandise, then YOU must refund the money. Period. That’s Business and Customer Service 101. At the very least, you should check to see if you have the stinkin’ nuggets BEFORE you take the money.
This McDonald’s was out of line here. The lady shouldn’t have called 911, but Mickey Dees screwed up.
A local Austin talk show kept playing these calls over and over on his afternoon show today. The woman actually made 3 calls to 911 wanting her McNuggets!
Hey ... can you blame them ... after all have you ever had a Big Mac attack ?
I suspect she will be at the “white” house party tomorrow nite
No doubt an Obama voter.
Felt entitled to McNuggets.
Bar with no beer, call 911 fast. Now that’s a real emergency.
I know this is crazy, but I can sort of relate. I mean after all, didn’t we elect 0bama to clear up this kind of thing?
Only in Florida...
when she called the cops she should have substituted the word “doughnut” for “mcnugget”, then she would have had some satisfaction.
I’m sure Zero will help her, or better yet, call Joe Biden and have him fix that bridge so she can get to them mcnuggets.
No doubt this gal was out of line in her illegal use of 9-1-1 system but at the same time I am on her side in her dispute with the fast food outlet. I would have refused to leave the auto line until I got my money back and would have encouraged them to call the cops if they didn’t like it. I would have been so out of line until they did what any other business I can think of would have done.
My question: Should she trust the “quality” of the food product from the people in the back after causing this commotion?
The next time she visits that restaurant she may get some special sauce for free.
