Can your own self-righteousness, friend. Her bi-polar condition is listed on internet biographies as one of the many problems in her history. I made no comment about it whatsever.

I have a close relative with the disorder and I'll bet you've never been as near to it as I am. So get the chip off your shoulder, close the blinds, assume the lotus position and relax. This is a forum, not a lecture room.

And your problem is what?

I was defending the poor woman's bloating up. I've known numerous folks with bipolar disorder over the years ~ know some now in fact. I can't remember how many times they've ended up bloated because they used some new medication, or something went wrong, or their metabolism changed.

Folks who have bipolar disorder have it irrespective of what they do with their lives otherwise. Too many of them self-medicate though. We had a guy worked with us who was a genius but his self-medication looked a lot like binge drinking and that was his downfall in the workplace. I think the boss could have handled his bipolar problem alone, but not the disappearance for a week at a whack.

No, you made a comment about her weight (that she wasted her looks) and her weight is very likely due, at least in part - to her antipsychotics, not her lifestyle. So as I said, self-righteousness.
