I do this exercise in my workout. It's called the plank. Much tougher than it looks.

I worked as a volunteer at the Gasparilla marathon in Tampa yesterday. Cold, windy, pouring rain...great fun..Nothing better than 5000+ females in sports bras and wet T-shirts
