Mornin’ all!

We dodged the snow but got the cold so gardening has pretty much ground to a halt for today.

Re music week

All of God’s children got a place in the choir,
Some sing low, some sing higher
Some sing out loud from a telephone wire...

That’s all I know! :)

Have a great day everybody!

Very nice, Dolly. We will miss that voice calmly saying “and now the rest of the story”.

Did Wheelbarrow arrive at his destination safely?

“Mornin’, Johnn! Did you perchance have big fluffy biscuits with sausage gravy on that menu? If not, I’ll just have the regular: .”

Check under the covered dishes, the last pot on the left is the Chocolate Malt-O-Meal, and the cream is on the little white pitcher shaped like a moose.
Biscuits and gravy are in the sliver chafing dish with the ornate cover. Since you asked late time, I put the Chocolate Malt-O-Meal in the line up, so its always on the table when I do breakfast.

Ragtime - One of my favorite pianists, Floyd Cramer playing “The Old Piano Roll Blues” (With Chet Atkins on Guitar and Boots Randolph on Sax):

It's so hard to say good bye to this wonderful man whose life enriched ours so much.

Good job on the poem Bob.

Dolly, I prayed for Wheelbarrow and hope he got a warm room last night to weather the storm in.

Do ya’ll think if I put that music on, it will make me do my work faster? LOL~~~

Morning, jaycee. Music usually works for me. I bring up my play-list, turn up the volume and the house is clean in no time. Ragtime works really well. :-)

My neck problem is getting better, but it seems to be a slow process. And, while I am taking the muscle relaxers I can't drive, so my wings are clipped for the duration. But I am thankful that I am not in constant pain like I was before I called the doctor.

Love this Ragtime music post!

Thank you! It is happy music, isn't it?

If this doesn’t bring Wolfie out of the bushes I don’t know what will. :)

Wouldn't that be nice?

Wolfie we're playing your song(s). Please come play.

Wheelbarrow arrived tired & after a hectic, long drive slept well & now will finish moving his car items to his "new home". They have about a foot of snow. We have about an inch..

some more Celtic Women selections

Isn't it nice to have feminine sounding & looking vocalists? It is to me.

Celtic Woman - Orinoco Flow

Celtic Woman - Scarborough Fair

Celtic Woman - You Raise Me Up

Celtic Woman - Ave Maria

Celtic Woman - Over the rainbow

Oh, you like Loreena McKennitt too? You need to stay tuned to Music Week at Amy's Place. I made a graphic for one of the days with Loreena McKennitt's "Night Ride Across the Caucasus" attached. I wanted to do one for Loreena's "Highwayman" (one of my favorites), but so much of her music is very LONG and the mp3s end up being over 10MB. That is way too large for people with dial-ups to be able to download. So, I settled for her "Night Ride". It's a beautiful song also.

I will check out your other links now. Thanks, Dolly.

LOL! I could do that, but I bet anything we'd up yakking, shopping and lunching...and not a lick of work would get done - music or no music. ;-)
