Whats so funny about it is that he obviously knows his days of usurpation are truly numbered and he is actually quite intelligent in ways of skirting rules, laws and fines.
He has an escape plan there is no doubt of that, matter of fact I would not put it past him to create an issue that if he was to be removed from office he will admit that some sort of terrible “event” will occur.
