Se7en is a amazing movie, and Spacey is so creepy in it.

Until people on our side start doing what illegals did and pour into the streets they will not listen to us.

I don’t always like what he does, but boy can he act.

When he plays a straight character, now that's acting.

I don’t know, the last I saw was her home was going to be sold for her debt last year and PETA said they would pay it off if she stopped wearing fur...

It’s one I’ll watch on DVD... I’ve found since 911 we tend to watch lighter fare, I still suffer insomnia since then.

This is why I don’t like knowing... I could never have watched all those Rock Hudson/Doris Day romantic comedies if I’d know Hudson was gay.

The a-holes sat on their hands when Heston came up.

I was shocked and stunned and had to go back and see and hear it 3 times. They really would not clap for him. Because he believed in the 2nd Amendment. Can you imagine how many claps he would have gotten if he'd only been gay instead of conservative? How sad for his family and friends.

These Hollywooders hate blacklisting, but they do it so well.

Anne Hathaway has a decent voice (especially since I never knew she had even attempted singing, so it was a total shock). I’ve never been a huge fan of Jackman’s voice, but it’s tolerable.

Yes, I loved Australia as well! It made me laugh and cry. I loved the sweeping landscapes, the romance and drama, and sympathized with the storyline of a misunderstood and cranky horsewoman who found love and a family in an unexpected place. It kind of reminded me of a the Man from Snowy River. And wow, did Hugh Jackman look great in that movie...it was like an earthquake whenever he came on screen, lol.

Thing is, I’ve never seen Sean Penn in a role where I thought he was a great actor. OK actor, yes. Good? Maybe. But never great. Kevin Spacey, on the other hand, is one of the greats. I don’t always like what he does, but boy can he act.

***

Penn WAS AWESOME as Spicoli in “Fast Times At Ridgemont High” - DESERVED a nomination for that one ...

Remember the pizza scene in Mr. hand’s History class? When Mr. Hand allowed EVERYONE BUT Spicoli to have a slice of the pizza he ordered?

Penn looked like a puppy who had just lost his bone !!!

CLASSIC ...

BTW - The pizza guy in the scene was Nicholas Cage !!! 3 future Oscar winners are in the pic - Penn, Cage, and Forrest Whitaker. Also, Lana Clarkson (shot dead by Phil Spector) was in it ...

I don't know about Penn, but Phoebe Cates definately deserved Best Actress in a "nude dream scene."

Especially that waist-up bathing scene -- can't wait until it comes out on video and I can keep hitting rewind! LOL!

Thanks for posting. Looks like a good movie. I had never heard of her or her brother. I saw Downfall and found it very interesting.

The pizza delivery guy was Taylor Negron. You are right though—Nicholas Cage (listed as Nicholas Coppola) was in the movie. I don’t think I ever noticed that before.
