I’d be grateful and relieved if you could share evidence that a career federal “law enforcement” officer “balked” any time or “switched sides”, say, in the last 50 years, when asked to infringe the life or Constitutional liberties of a citizen.

I hope I’m wrong, and willing to be corrected.
