Alfie’s sister had a baby at 13 last year. This is a neighborhood issue apparently.

Geez sounds pretty bad. Weird thing is she doesn’t look like a tramp but then again in the UK things might be different from here in that regard.

Seriously? Alfie’s sister was 13? I hadn’t read that - dang. I didn’t notice the comment by one of the parents that there “isn’t much to do around here”...... sheesh.
Well, ole Alfie should get his DNA test, then... That would solve the issue of who the daddy is and we would see exactly whether he’s physically capable or not.

What’s even funnier with the DNA test thing is gonna be like the “South Park” episode where Cartman sends Butters into the bathroom to get a semen sample. Poor Butters spends most of the ep offscreen tugging on himself to try to get that elusive sample (of course, he’s all of 10).
