I made it to the library for a fresh batch of articles last weekend. As I had hoped, the quality of the copy will improve after Feb. 20. It will be much easier to read about the election of the new Pope than the demise of Pius XI.

I know this is a somber article today, but it is Friday so here's Orson Wells and the Campbell Playhouse with The Green GoddessI'm sure the Holy Father wouldn't have wanted us to miss this important broadcast. Listening now. Ooh. Co-starring "the beautifuls and talented" Madeline Carrol1.
And doesn't that Campbell's cream of tomato soup sound tasty on a cold winter's night.

It sure does sound tasty. Especially right now that I’m fighting nasty head cold. I’ll take the tomato soup over chicken noodle. Very soothing stuff.
