Morning Meg, just home from Church.
Solemn words today for all those people who died and everyone that is being affected by the plane crash.
I just found out that a friends daughter lives 3 houses from the crash.
The shining light from all this is the mother and daughter that survived inside the house. They both saw a light that they crawled toward to get out from under the wreckage. They were both in different sections of the house but the father was in the middle. He was killed.
I am sure Jesus was there to get those woman out. That light was Jesus and they went to it and lived. Praise God for that, prayers for all involved.

I hope all is forgiven is the rule..My rememberer and the time factor both interfere with my responses to pings..and making a list from memory is always a disaster..LOL

Biography

Gum Drop Day
Gum Drop Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup Shortening - 1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 cup Brown sugar - 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
1 cup Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs - 2 cups Oats
1 teaspoon Vanilla - 2 cup Gum drops squared,
floured
1 1/2 cup Flour
Instructions for Gum Drop Cookies
Mix first 5 ingredients and beat well. In separate bowl,
sift together next 4 ingredients; add to creamed
mixture. Add oats and gum drops. Drop by spoonfuls onto
well greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for
10 minutes.

I just happened to remember this gum drop graphic. Could hardly find it....then I happened to think it was a goodnight gif. If I don't post it now, I may not get to tonight...Actually I think he is taking a jaycee nap! LOL! I seem to remember when I posted this once before that Billie loved it. I think I'm right about that!

It wasn’t labeled..I guessed foxgloves..but I really don’t know. I just thought they were beautiful so I downloaded them.Most everything I post today had no labels..Some I know..some I don’t.
