Thanks, Billie. Now I need to quit playing and get back to work. See you later!

Looks like I have some real high-class competition in the poetry department with the subject of love today; Kahlil Gibran, Anaïs Nin, Robert Louis Stevenson.
Oh, well. I wouldn't let being outclassed hold me back.
Oh, Love!
The question you asked a moment ago?
You wanted the meaning of?
We were speaking of the basic things,
About life and living ... Oh, Love!
Yes, Love makes life worth living,
No matter your circumstance,
How dreary the world is around you,
Yet Love makes you want to dance!
The questing swain or suitor,
May seem like a courts lost fool,
But love gives him grandeur and dignity,
At least thats the general rule.
And Love in the basest family,
Ennobles the mom and dad,
To Queen and King of the Castle,
And a Prince of a sturdy lad.
Im glad you asked me this question,
Ive been wishing to share the truth of,
That wonderful blessing youve brought to me,
And the life-long treasures ... Oh Love.

(It's getting harder and harder to distinguish those ululations of joy from primal screams of anguish)

"Mind if we break out the chocolates early?"Sure - as long as I get to pick out all of these, first.
(I don't play too well with others, when it comes to chocolate!) LOL!

Love it, NNBob! My favorite lines are:
"The questing swain or suitor,
But love gives him grandeur and dignity,
At least thats the general rule.
Isn't it the truth? A person 'In Love' just doesn't seem to be 'right', (upstairs).
In a sweet and tender way, of course!

I love the pretty heart, Amy!
Valentine’s week is fun!
To: yorkie
This is very pretty, yorkie....Tennyson’s poetry and sunflowers make me happy!
Trying to catch up on pings before the ‘big man’ (lol) comes on. I am just interested if the press will coddle him as usual.
To: JustAmy
The little man with the toothache looks like a Bill Clinton cartoon.
To: yorkie
Precious graphic...touching poetry!
I posted my ‘love poem’ yesterday....looked for more today and got on a site that locked up my computer...oh well.
To: Lady Jag
How darling....I may have to borrow that for sleepy people like me. LOL! You have the cutest little graphics, L.J.!
To: Mama_Bear
This is so darling....aren’t they cute?
To: Billie
Billie, I am just getting to be too smart for my britches...taking things for granted! I just really thought it looked like yours and didn’t see a name so I gambled! I told Lori how sorry I was. You both do beautiful work and sometimes I’m not sure. Oh well, no harm done, thank goodness!

A favorite of most of us. When I married, I carried a small white Bible with light flowers and ribbons, etc. and our Minister marked that in the front of my Bible as a guidance to our marriage. Its so lovely.
To: La Enchiladita
Dita, that is truly lovely.
To: La Enchiladita
Thank you Dita, I’m glad you liked it. We all love “love”.
To: MEG33
Beautiful, Meg....the colors are terrific.
To: Billie
I want that pretty red envelope, etc. ~sigh~
Yes, this week will be lovely for sure, Billie. I always enjoy Valentine’s Week.

I listened and he did a good job on that. My video kept stopping and starting today. Haven’t had that to happen in a long time. Kinda what happens to Billie on dial-up when she tries to download any of those video’s.
