Address Gun Violence in Cities: Obama and Biden would repeal the Tiahrt Amendment, which restricts the ability of local law enforcement to access important gun trace information, and give police officers across the nation the tools they need to solve gun crimes and fight the illegal arms trade. Obama and Biden also favor commonsense measures that respect the Second Amendment rights of gun owners, while keeping guns away from children and from criminals. They support closing the gun show loophole and making guns in this country childproof. They also support making the expired federal Assault Weapons Ban permanent.

yeah, I know of dozens for sale right now. Might not be able to get a new one directly from Bushmaster quickly though.
If I was disliked by as many people as he is I would want to take everyones guns away also.
After reading your sinple post, I immediately tried to go to the Gun Owners of america web site. I have it in mind to join. I had been a member in past years.
But I am abroad. In China. GOA’s web site is blocked in China, evidently.
Say, can you do me a favor and send me the full accurate mailing address, phone numbers and email addresses for GOA?
It’s time to join again.
It's also a good day to keep your powder dry.
Yeah, I know he is all anti 2a. But all he did was copy/paste his campain website stance on to the whitehouse website. It is not like he has DONE anything yet.
You have guns? You must be lucky, we had to sell all of ours to pay the bills, since we got laid off and have no jobs.
Wouldn't want to be the guy tasked with doing that. After several unsuccessful attempts at that they are gonna realize that they have opened a HUGE can of whoopass. It's gonna be ugly.
I’d say gun sales before yesterday demonstrated ‘we the people’ knew this was coming.
Good luck finding a AR-15 TODAY to buy, anywhere outside of a pawn shop that took receipt of it in the last four hours or so.
Indeed. That should be reposted so everyone can read it.
Today is a good day to join the NRA, GOA, LEAA, etc, if you haven’t already.
And email this information along to anyone who owns a gun or is interested in the defense of the 2nd A.
That’s a fact. Unless you want the high end compitition models.
They want you to overreact.
Keep your powder dry...
Protecting the 2nd A and “shall not be infringed” is not overracting in any way. Four words could not be more UNambiguous.
The 2nd A is in dire need of protection at this moment in history. We can argue later as to whether we went too far; now is not that time.

The American people have become so gullible.
I am on the way to Walmart to purchase at least a couple hundred bucks worth of ammo within the next hour. That is, if there’s anything left. We have a long 4 years ahead of us!
Good luck. The WM near me is sold out of .45 and I bought the last four boxes of 9mm this past weekend.
Bare shelves.
Don’t forget the part about “giving law enforcement the tools they nee” involves serial numbering EVERY SINGLE bullet. This will push ammunition manufacturers out of business, effectively stop reloading (unless you cast your own bullets - but don’t hold your breath for it to stay that way), and will drive the cost of any remaining ammo to the point of being unaffordable for pretty much anyone.
You'll note that there have been two posts removed from this thread. That's because I hit abuse on them, and the mods seem to have agreed with me.
That happened because those two posts had to do with armed acts of violence against either law enforcement or, let's say, "other powers that be".
That, my friend, is overreaction. It is the kind of thing that can get you attention that you don't want even in ordinary times.
Think about it.
“They respect the second amendment while calling for the confiscation of all firearms.”
Obama speak with forked tongue.
