Oh I love Stir Crazy too. ‘get on the BULL!’ But nothing beats their first movie together.

Like the recently deceased Samuel Huntington, a son of Astoria, Queens, NY, albeit one who moved to Ireland as a child.

Big fan of "The Prisoner." There has been NO show, before or since, that has demonstrated the benign face of tyranny and its attempts to stamp out individuality in the name of "the village."

Good luck. Disney had a limited release of about 40,000 copies and they were sold out before the end of December on Amazon.com.

RIP. If the The Scarecrow of Romney Marsh is dead who will stop the British navy and their impressment?

The Prisoner was some weird stuff. I heard they were gonna remake it but it never happened.

Now we’ll never have the answer to this question: Why did you resign?

I always loved that, the end given away at the beginning of the series in it’s opening.

Prayers go out to his family from mine. He was a great actor.

Oops I spoke too soon. Right after he left as the new Dr. Who Christopher Eccleston said he wanted to do it, but it fizzled out. I didn’t hear about it for years.

But it seems it’s in production and will air this year, with Jim “Ouchy Jesus” Caviezel as Number 6. “AMC is now streaming all 17 eps of the original in advance of its remake”

"At the time of his death, McGoohan was mostly retired, living in Los Angeles with his wife of 57 years, Joan Drummond McGoohan. Along with his three daughters, he had five grandchildren (Sarah, Erin, Simon, Nina, and Paddy). On June 11, 2008, he became a great-grandfather to Jack Patrick Lockhart." (Wikipedia)

You know, I think Christopher Eccleston would've been pretty good in the role. If they have to remake it, they could've remade it right.
