I’m thinking he’s not even going to need to have the weapon. They just need him to be in the subway when the weapon goes off, and then plant evidence that he’s the one who put it there.
If that is the case, it wouldn’t matter if he didn’t go to the center, the attack would still happen.
This is a 24 event that just HAS to happen...
I predict, a device release on the subway.
Maybe not everywhere. Perhaps the guy just followed him.
