"We've dealt with him before," said Ray. "He has some mental issues and he's such a big guy - 6-feet-2-inches tall and 280 pounds - and such a strong guy, that when police fired the beanbag at him, it did not even faze him. That's when the shot was fired."

They've dealt with this dangerous mental case before? Dangerous enough for the police to shoot him?

Then they release him back on the streets?

Good work.

I don't have a problem with that.

Brandi Tice, 28, was found dead in the first-floor living room when local police and the Metro SWAT unit stormed the home. Officers from the tiny community south of Akron had come to the house about 3:30 p.m. after receiving reports of a domestic disturbance.

He had killed his wife then fought off the police for 7 hours. Maybe you should read the whole article before assuming he police are wrong.

Of course Im gonna hearr from the goobs who think tthe cops are wrong no mater what.

Read more carefully, he was reaching for the rifle he killed his wife with.

When Tice reached toward his rifle, police fired a shot at his head, Ray said.

There are bad cops out there but that doesn’t make all cops bad.

My Uncle was PD in Kansas. He loaded his own. He said,
he put half the powder in the first round to break the windshield.
And a full load in the second round to go through the perp.
Then, if needed, another half load to slow the perp down;
for the head shot.

I highly doubt it was a 357. Probably a 38 or 9mm.

I like how your uncle thought. I'll have to try that with my Colt, just for kicks and giggles. Home defense purposes, ya know.
