I suspect that the Mary Kay saleswoman got caught short and desperately had to go to the toilet, but there was nowhere to go in that neighborhood, even a convenient bush. She was knocking on the door to use the toilet, but when nobody answered, it was too late.

I guess they're pushing a new perfume. Former Mary Kay consultants call it "Affliction" (rather than Affection) and the sample that was left on the porch is pretty close to what it smells like.
