I suspect that the Mary Kay saleswoman got caught short and desperately had to go to the toilet, but there was nowhere to go in that neighborhood, even a convenient bush. She was knocking on the door to use the toilet, but when nobody answered, it was too late.
Former Mary Kay consultants call it "Affliction" (rather than Affection) and the sample that was left on the porch is pretty close to what it smells like.
