Get one cup of instant Minute Rice. Pour into medium sized container with 1 tablespoon of butter. Add 1 cup of hot boiling water. Cover container until water is absorbed.
While Minute Rice is absorbing water, heat skillet on range at medium to high heat. When rice is ready, dump it into the skillet. Stir frequently to avoid burning or scorching.
While rice is frying, crack 3 large eggs into a bowl, break yolks and stir vigorously, then pour the egg mixture over the rice in the skillet, coat all the rice with the egg, flatten in skillet with spatula.
Cook until consistently golden brown on both sides, flipping as necessary. Serve up on large plate, apply ketchup lightly as desired (or not). Sprinkle generously with pepper.
Eat hearty! Say goodbye to your hangover! :)
OK. I have some questions.
I wasn’t drunk last night. Could this headache I have had ALL DAY LONG be a hang-over? How long does a hang-over last?
It could be a migraine. I get those too.
Can I make it the night before and then nuke it? ;-)
Actually, Chinese takeout fried rice would do the trick, too.
Cream of mushroom soup.
