The guy gets attacked by a vicious dog, manages to kill the mangy cur, then gets indicted. Our legal system at its best.

If smashing a puppy over the head with a 12-pound rock ten times doesn’t kill it, it probably needing smashing in the first place because it was causing severe injury. Like the article says, if he used his left hand to hit the dog, it can’t be anything other thank self defense since he is right-handed. What a pathetic bunch those libs are.

looks like it wasn’t a pit bull since they usually state if it’s a pit bull. The type of dog wasn’t mentioned. The anti pit bullers on here will be disappointed.

That story is big news in LA on KFI. It was a shepherd mix. He reportedly took the dog behind a building so he couldn’t be seen doing the act - so it wasn’t a spontaneous reaction. The guy is so lucky I am in a different county and thus can’t be on his jury pool.

Dogs can be very dangerous animals regardless of breed. It’s about how they are trained. It’s why us humans had to domesticate them. Problem is there is a culture of hate filled morons out there that take specific breeds and train them to vicious killers. The Pit Bull is one of those breeds.

There was a picture of the dog on the local news, it looked like a mutt - with perhaps some Chow ancestry.
