I knew some guys who got caught peeing in an ice machine at a motel during a track meet. Big trouble, but marginally better than peeing in a beer bottle and giving it to a drunk fraternity bro. (After leaving it in the freezer for a while) I saw that one. No ill effects, but he had a really bad hangover.

The 'vandals' should be introduced to ALL the students, teachers and parents and given a cup of urine from each student, teacher & parent....and made to drink it in front of them....however long it takes!
Then, each student, teacher and parent should sue the 'vandals' & if not compensated enough, sue the school if they don't enforce strong measures against the vandals.
