...week later they had dinner together, and Mr. Weinsteins attraction grew in direct proportion to Mr. Perreaults dining pleasure. He looked like he was sensually enjoying what he was eating, said Mr. Weinstein, who is also a food writer. This was a guy I could like....

I know I’ll get flamed for this, but I think it’s lovely they have remained monogamous for 32 years.
but it’s a sin.
Got nauseous while reading it. Bleah!
I don’t have a problem with civil unions but I have a serious problem with gay marriage. It will serve no purpose but to boost egos and then destroy countless innocent lives.
Rule 133: Only hard working, employed illegal immigrants shall be depicted.
Rule 134: Only monogamous gay relationships shall be reported on.
Rule 135: If the white male actor has nice hair and isn't overweight he shall be cast as the villain.
Maybe the Times exaggerates on the monogamy thing and one or the other strayed on each other in 32 years, but that could be true of straight couples who are married for many years. Less promiscuity in the gay community is a good thing and I applaud them. 32 years with the same person is tough to do no matter if your're gay or straight. Just my humble opinion.
...let’s really dissect that sentence of “monogamy”...you mean, no one has contracted a serious sexually transmitted disease...
I am speculating, clearly, but this insanity of “whitewashing” every homosexual as normal and equivalent to heterosexual lifestyles is stunning.
Funny, the MSM leaves out the dark side of sodomy, like John Walsh’s murdered son was killed by the psychopathic gay Bonnie & Clyde who ended up dying of AIDS.
It is surreal.
Ya gotta look at it positively.
The only thing they reproduced during this whole time got flushed down the toilet. Is that the best we could wish for them?
In the homosexual sub-sulture, "monogamous" means they have been returning to rubbing each other in between public restroom rendezvous with anonymous strangers.
"...a 1981 study showed that only 2% of homosexuals are even semi-monogamous (10 or fewer life time partners)"

Don’t worry. Under the law, I’m not sure they are married. IIRC in Massachusetts at least one of the partners must be a resident of Massachusetts.
Some things you just can't make up......ugh!!!
It's the nyt, it's implied.
"Ugh" is right. I two guys who have spent their lives playing with each other's bowels? Sorry, but I just can't being myself to say "How sweet!"
Lovely? Puke. Let all celebrate the most unnatural acts between human beings there is and call it lovely because they only rump rode eachother.
Wonderful
They may think that they are meant for one another, but it’s still not right in the eyes of G_d.
I was raised to believe “hate the sin, love the sinner”. Lying, cheating, and stealing are all sins also, as is sex outside the marriage. I pray for the people who commit these sins, but I’m not going to judge the people who commit them. And I’m probably going to get flamed for this myself, but I’d much rather see a woman with another woman than with a man who beats the cr@p out of her.
ROFLOL @ Rump Rangers....
“The NY Times is dominated by an overwhelming number of employees with a massive agenda drive distorted news reporting, and who can only be described as a Gay Mafia.”
The word on the street is that the gay mafia does not only control the theater and food sections either but the front page as well. Thus the nasty gay streak that appears now on a regular basis.
