College Football Bowl Selections Ping!
Do you have the whole list of 25 (go Hokies)?
I’m shocked, shocked I say...that my Washington Huskies are not there. Wait till next year! Go Dawgs!
Be Seeing You,
Chris
In a fair world, it would be the unbeatens playing for the championship...
GO Gators
I’ll guess:
1) Florida
2) Oklahoma
3) Alabama
4) Texas
then the rest
But there’s a chance the BCS will put OU #1.
Texas Tech and Ole Miss are in the Cotton Bowl

Boycott BCS bowls.
We want a playoff.
So, how long do they drag this show out? 30 minutes?
GO GATORS!
Get ready to be pwned OU!
The best two teams in the country are Oklahoma and Texas. They should both be in the BCS title game. Won’t happen - not PC - both in the Big 12. Add Texas Tech to the fray, these are the three best teams in college football today.
There is not a SEC team that could play and win in the Big 12 today. There is not a Big 10 team that could play and win in the Big 12 today. There is not a Pac 10 team...
BTW, I am not from Oklahoma or Texas, and I am not a big fan of either - but they have talent and commitment - they have shown they have what it takes. I tip my hat the them and the other good Big 12 teams.
Flame away, you sad-sacks supporting the also rans - I have my Kevlar suit on. :)
Cincinatti and VA Tech Penal Institution going to a “big” bowl while TX Tech and Boise St. get left out is a flipping crime.
This nonsense with the “special” conferences has got to go. The Big 12 should have sent three teams to top tier bowls and the talent level in equal to that in the “(no longer that big) east”.
My Buckeyes got a nodd....I’m happy.....
That is why the better system is what is seen in March with NCAA college basketball called the brackets system which produces the interesting March Madness.
#8 Penn St vs #1 Oklahoma
#7 Texas Tech vs #2 Florida
#6 Utah vs #3 Texas
#5 USC vs #4 Alabama
Who in their right mind would want to see a dull, boring playoff system that would include the above matchups? /sarc
If there was a next week and USC could play Florida and beat them, we’d be back to square one for the BCS standings. That’s how things went this year. The only constant in the rankings seems to be OU’s position.
