Agreed with the guy who said “Playoffs”.
Boise State went 12-0.
They got stuck with a trip to the Pointsetta Bowl and Texas Christian as an opponent. They could at least play Texas Tech or a New Year’s Day game.
What an insult to a great school and a great team.
Best,
Chris

I wanted to see Texas vs Alabama. That wasn't likely because of conference tie-ins.

I’m looking forward to the TCU-Boise State game. TCU gave Utah everything they could handle.

Meanwhile a 7-4 team goes to a Bowl Game.I haven't looked, but there are probably some 6-6 teams in bowl games. And do you mean 7-5 or 8-4?

I have been an advocate for a College Playoff system for years.
It really is ridiculous they the NCAA can not figure out a way to get it done. It may take awhile to work out the bugs over a few years but eventually could be a bigger money maker for all involved, that is all they care about anyway.
Properly done ,the schools, networks and sponsors could make more money-—Get Er Done!

Nice to see Vandy finally make it to a bowl game, even though they faded badly down the stretch.

“In a fair world, it would be the unbeatens playing for the championship...”
Your “unbeatens” have to beat some real teams. Try playing in the SEC. Go GATORS!

How did the top ranked Ohio BUcKeYEs do against the Gators last time out?
Hey, you know what a Buckeye is? A useless nut. Poisonous, actually.

Yeah I know. It would have been nice though. I think all in all, they did a pretty good job picking the games.
I hope we are treated to some great games! I hate blowouts.
Hopefully they will be competitive, tight, entertaining games.

TX/SC both got shafted. Who cares how bad they beat PSU/OSU. With an And One Bowl they could have had the FL/UO winner play TX/SC and a great Championship. Tell me who would be the winner of those 4?

They did fine in picking the most desired matchups to be sure.
However, we still need a damn playoff system because I want undefeated teams to have a chance. I want the Big 12 to validate the great season that they had.
It doesn’t work this way, PERIOD.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ed Reed for grabbing Clinton Portis’ fumble and scoring for my fantasy team!!

The BCS plus One would be a nice start to eventually get to a playoff.
Then people will argue about the 1-4 rankings of course.

And Texas Tech? I see them getting hurt when the dust settles. They're screwed... only 2 teams per conference in a BSC Bowl. Holiday in Sand Diego for them.
Gators will now win the MNC ... Texas is on theoutside lookin' in.
Riddle me this ...
What do Bob Stoops and marijuana have in common?
They both get smoked in bowls .....
