When we finally launch the Tirico Suave Network, this is the movie that will, without a doubt, play for 24 straight hours starting on Christmas Eve.

One of the all time best movie quotes....
The sad part to this story...
V.O.I.A.C. Victims of Illegal Alien Crime
On April 5, 2007 movie producer Bob Clark, 67, and his son, Ariel Hanrath-Clark, 22, were killed when a drunk driving illegal alien from Mexico, ...

oh Fudge....
We grew up with our grandparents on a farm in the north woods.
We loved “Red Ryder and Little Beaver”. Instead of snow men, I would make snow horses - with a little snow “Little Beaver” to ride on the horse behind me.
Kids don't have a much fun these days - and definitely not as much fresh air, sunshine, and exercise of both body and imagination.
When I saw that scene, I switched to another station. I have never seen the film and probably never will.
I do not, for the life of me, understand the popularity of this movie.
Was the plot set up in Gary, Whiting, Highland Indiana?
Best. Movie. Ever!
Plaxie: (Plaxie is shoved down the slide, but he stops himself and climbs back up) No! No! I want an Official Red Ryder Carbine-Action Two-Hundred-Shot Range Model Air Rifle.
Santa Claus: You'll shoot your thigh out, kid.
Reading the story was even better. So was “Ollie Hopnoodles Haven of Bliss”. The Old Man {dad} in the movies was really to mellow when compared to the Old Man in the written stories who strted every day smoking a couple of Lucky’s and drinking hot scalding coffee. No one dared approach him till he had them :>}

One of my favorite movies, and I’m 35! My mom loves it because it reminds her of growing up during the 50s (although the movie was set in the 40s).
I don’t know how some can actually not find something humorous about this movie...even if you don’t like to watch the whole thing.

This is still mine and my kids’ favorite holiday movie.
For those interested, and who isn’t, the mom is naked in Slap Shot.
One of the top 10 best movies ever made. I saw it the day after Christmas in the theater when it came out. Will never forget it. The marathon is a staple in our house every year. It runs 24/7. No debates about turning it either.
I've seen this thing about 500 times and if I see it 500 more I'll never be able to watch the scene where Ralphie has to try on the bunny suit without collapsing in laughter! This movie always cheers me up.
