Your analysis makes excellent sense. The KGB would never put someone into a position of power over them unless they could be assured of absolute control over that person. Blackmail only goes so far. I.e. we can expect there will be one or more of his KGB-directed control officers in close proximity to him at almost all times when he’s president.
If the U.S. Supreme Court decides to hear any of those cases, that certainly would be a prominent story for the AJC. As of yet, the Supreme Court has not made such a decision. Many people try to get cases heard by the Supreme Court, relatively few make it. So far the legal challenges don't seem to have made headway in the court system of three states. We ran a brief earlier on at least three cases which were thrown out by lower courts.

Hawaii says Obama born there
State officials say there's no doubt Barack Obama was born in Hawaii.
Health Department Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said Friday that she and the registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, have personally verified that the health department holds Obama's original birth certificate.
Some Obama critics claim he was not born in the U.S. Earlier Friday, a southwest Ohio magistrate rejected a challenge to Obama's citizenship. Judges in Seattle and Philadelphia recently dismissed similar suits.
Saying that they hold a birth certificate is NOT the same as confirming that he was born in Hawaii. Why can’t people grasp this? Perhaps its because this situation was unique to Hawaii at the time.
Has anyone ever seen Fauxbama’s law license? Bar exam results? How do we know he actually graduated from Columbia? Has he proved that he is a “constitutional lawyer”? Every now and then we hear of imposters who con, scam, and fool people for years, pretending they are doctors or other professionals and worming their way into institutions. Through it all, no one thinks to validate the posers’ claims. No one checks out the person. Could that be happening here?
That is not accurate quoting of what the Hawaiian officials said. They never explicitly stated that he was born there.
I’ve seen allegations that he has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on this, but nothing to back that up. Who are his three law firms, and how does anyone know how much money he’s spent?

Obama’s life history hasn’t even been remotely vetted by the MSM at all.
Obama fully admits that he was born a duel-citizen which translates into being born with duel loyalties. Both Kenyan and American. Obama further showed duel loyalty when he traveled to Kenya and actively involved himself in the camapaign for Odinga (a campaign for “Change”). Obama showed a personal stake in the Kenyan political process.
He also seems to most certainly have been adopted by Lolo Soetoro and made an Indonesian citizen during childhood. It is highly likely that he reaffirmed his Inodonesian citizenship during his college years by traveling to Pakistan on an Indonesian passport even.
I also found interesting the reason that his school records are being hidden (that he attached himself to foreign status in some school programs).
Another interesting question is to why Obama decided to change his name back (if really his orginal name) to Barack Hussein Obama when he returned to the United States. At that time his name was Barry Soetoro.
With these type of foreign connections is it any wonder that the Obama agenda is to lock the United States to International law?
The greatest danger from Obama is that he represents some sort of sleeper cell that operates within the democrat party that seeks to undermine us from within. Locking us to International law that we are powerless to supercede from the ballot box is the greatest danger.
